Great camera and customer service
The Wuuk camera is fantastic for watching our little one! The video quality is clear, even at night, and the wide-angle view lets us see so much of the nursery. We love the two-way audio for soothing our baby and the motion/sound detection alerts are incredibly helpful. It’s truly given us peace of mind. Highly recommend!

I had issue with screen not working. I emailed they were super fast as response and gave me a new baby monitor as I belive mines was under warranty. Product works very well. Picture is very clear. Nightvision is very good too. Amazing customer service Annie who handled my issue!

Great buy minus 1 small flaw!
We have had this unit for about 2 months now and so far it has worked great for us! There are multiple volume and brightness settings and it also displays date and time on the monitor. I love that the camera can be accessed with the phone app as well for when we’re not home. The only thing I wish it had was a dim mode feature on the monitor. Even at the lowest brightness, it can light up a room so I have been using a small cloth to cover the screen or just placing it face down at the bedside.The customer service is amazing, responding fast and addressing all concerns.

Great product. Easy to install and use and biggest advatange is you can access from anywhere using the app from your mobile phone which is great feature. I had a question regarding the monitor, reached out to the customer support and chatted with Dincy. Dincy was very helpful and was able to answer my questions. I would higly recommed this product.

The monitor went black twice in a few days and would not turn back on unless unplugged and replugged in. I’m not impressed as I have to go into my son’s room while he is sleeping to fix this issue.

See original review below. Since then the customer service contacted me and sent a new camera to try out, it seems to be working better. I will say this review change is largely due to the customer experience I received after my initial disappointment. Like originally stated the camera is great, battery is good, picture is clear, I hope this one lasts!I was so excited when I first opened this. Huge screen, wide angle, clear picture, noise cancellation but so many issues that just end up making it useless. Constantly freezes so you think they are sleeping when in fact they are not lol. You have to then go in and unplug and plug in camera multiple times for it to work again. Camera randomly goes black so you have to repeat same steps above. Extremely loud call button on the camera itself will randomly go off in the babies room causing them to wake up. 🤯Do not buy.
