My initial impressions regarding the setup and initial use of the ieGeek Video Baby Monitor were great, and now I can speak to their exceptional customer service.After purchasing the monitor on September 15, 2024, after unpacking it and testing the quality, I didn’t have an immediate need for it. However, a couple of months ago (February 2024), I began noticing a persistent interval, erratic video flickering issue on both the monitor and the mobile app; occasionally, the display would become extremely noisy and distorted, but not as often for no particular reason.So I reached out to the ieGeek support team via email, and their knowledgeable customer/technical service was truly outstanding! They patiently guided me through several troubleshooting steps through a few email responses, even though I had already attempted many of them on my own. So after, they determined it to be a hardware defect and promptly informed me that a replacement would be on its way to me immediately, tracking number and all, once it was shipped.True to their word, I received the tracking number and soon after, followed by the replacement product was at my doorstep within just a few short days. I’ve since tested the new replacement baby monitor/camera, and voilà! The video feed issue has completely disappeared. What an incredible ieGeek customer support team!Thank you, ieGeek, for your amazing product support and for standing behind your product 100%. Your email response time was consistently under 24 hours, making the entire process smooth and efficient. Great Quality and Easy to Use
The display has a great range and clear image. Easy to setup and Split screen is beneficial as I can keep track of both cameras at the same time. Option to turn on soothing music or white noise is helpful and great.One thing I don’t enjoy is when trying to move the camera position on the display it shows some lagging and you have to press on the buttons hard and for some time to move positions.I can also use this on my phone via app which is convenient and useful. Bought SD cards so we can take pictures and record videos if needed.Overall a satisified purchase.

I purchased this device with the two cameras, and I am very impressed with the quality. The range is really good if you’re in a multi-level home and the image is very clear on the monitor both in the day and night. With two cameras, you have the option of connecting both with split screen or just the one with full screen. You can also connect to your phone. I had reached out to the company with a few questions and their service was extremely helpful and immediate. Overall, I am very happy with it and would recommend it.

Monitor quality image&sound are awful, the sound is very muffled and the image is very blurry can’t even see my baby’s face. It’s only clear on your phone.I only liked it cause I can move the camera around on the monitor and have it on my phone. And bought it cause the reviews didn’t say any of this.And if you’re taking the camera to different locations you have to reconnect the camera and phone to the new wifi.I wish I could return this.

Después de tener varias cámaras de esta marca me decidí por este vigila bebés y no puedo estar más contento.La cámara es 360°, ya que es domo y se mueve hacia arriba y hacia abajo y hacia los lados, abarcando el 100% de la habitación. También tiene zoom, aunque es digital y no óptico y baja la calidad cuando se utiliza. La cámara también cuenta con un altavoz para poder hablar con el niño o ponerle varias melodías o ruido blanco. Por ponerle un pero a la cámara, es que tiene que estar enchufada constantemente a la red eléctrica mediante un adaptador y un cable usb tipo C incluidos.La pantalla tiene una muy buena resolución, se ve muy bien la imagen, tanto con luz como la visión por infrarrojos en plena oscuridad. Luego tiene un montón de opciones útiles, se puede poner una tarjeta SD para que grabe, detección de movimiento o de sonido, recordatorio de alimentación, control de temperatura con alerta cuando se pasa por arriba o por abajo de los grados indicados, etc.. La pantalla si va con batería con una duración de varios días, y no es táctil, todo se ha de controlar con los botones, pero es sencilla de utilizar y funciona rápido, sin apenas lag.En definitiva, si me dura tanto y se mantiene tan bien como mis cámaras, será una compra 10.

Veramente un ottimo prodotto! Intuitivo e facile da impostare e utilizzare; versatile perché con le due telecamere è possibile inquadrare ambienti differenti con qualità video perfetta! Molto nitida l’immagine e anche il sonoro. Si possono impostare degli alert se il bimbo si muove nel lettino e ci sono anche dei rumori bianchi da usare all’occorrenza. Funziona anche da interfono (utile con il bambino più grande quando si trova nell’altra stanza😉!).Ho avuto un piccolo problema con il monitor che non mi faceva più visualizzare l’immagine delle telecamere perciò ho contattato l’assistenza che si è adoperata immediatamente per risolvere il problema. Mi hanno inviato un nuovo kit monitor e telecamera in tempi da record! Servizio clienti il migliore che abbia mai ricevuto finora!Lo consiglio vivamente come baby monitor!!!

Ya he comprado varios productos de esta marca y estoy muy contento con todos ellos. Esta cámara se la he comprado a mi hermana que acaba de tener un bebé y están encantados. Paquete perfectamente y con todo lo necesario. Se configura muy fácilmente tanto la cámara como la pantalla. La aplicación de móvil permite configurar el nivel de sensibilidad de movimiento, cuándo enviarte avisos, captura de pantallas, grabación,… No creo que se necesite nada más. Además, fácil de configurar y usar. La pantalla tiene muy buena calidad, tanto con luz en la habitación como a oscuras. En la pantalla hay muchas funcionalidades. Posibilidad de hablar, poner música, avisos para que te recuerde cuándo dar el biberón y una que me gusta mucho que es la temperatura y la humedad de la habitación. La batería de la pantalla dura mucho. La cámara tiene un bonito diseño en forma de gatito. Le da un toque gracioso para el niño. Por el precio y calidad la recomiendo.
