Best one out there
Had a much more expensive monitor that broke before 1 year but got a shower so warranty was up, this one is much more durable. The quality of the camera is not as good as my last but still excellent quality my other one was just super crisp. The settings are super easy. I would like it if the sound and the eco (which are the main two settings I use) were closer together in the menu. Would be nice to have the sound button on the front or side not just the menu but you get use to it, it’s not a big deal. Works really well and battery lasts a really long time. Signal is great.

I love my monitor!! the fact that does not need wifi is a SUPER PLUS, I traveled to different countries with it and it worked perfect! The range is pretty good, great quality image and perfect sound. I can be anywhere in the house and I’m able to keep and eye and ear on my baby while doing chores. I highly recommend it!

Does not last
Works great to begin with. After 2 months of very minimal use as baby was still in our room at night and it was only used during the day, the screen began to randomly black out and come back on a few seconds later. After 7 months of normal use, the monitor then began to have the sound glitch, randomly turn off, screen would go black and fuzzy, not ideal in the middle of the night when you are not aware that it is not working. It finally stopped working all together and would turn on and then immediately turn back off. Attempted to find a replacement parents unit as I have two cameras that still work, however you cannot get one for this model.

Customer service is great
We originally used our friends for quite a while and really like some of the features. Our monitor we used to use (different brand) stopped working and we needed a new one. We needed an affordable option as we are close to not needing a camera anymore.We bought this set from previous recommendations and it stopped charging after about 3 months of use. The cords worked but something was loose with the monitor.I still gave it a higher rating though because I contacted customer service, heard back within a day and they shipped a replacement the following day when I provided my address and it was 1 day shipping.We like this system and I think we just got a dud the first time. But it was quickly rectified and the camera picture and features are clear.

Amazing Customer service
Amazing customer service! I had issues with my device a few months after purchase. I reached out to Hello Baby support- they responded quickly and gave some suggestions. When those suggestions didn’t work, they sent me a new device right away (within 3 days). I was blown away by the quality and speed of their support.As for the device itself- the battery life is amazing. Large screen with all the features you could possibly need. I would recommend.

Not worth it. I have reached out again to the manufacturer, will update if they are willing to help me this time.I have purchased this monitor with 1 camera twice now. I will say, the first one we got we loved. I used it every day, the screen was awesome, it had the date and time plus everything else you needed. The picture was clear and it was very affordable. The battery lasted really well.We did try to pair more cameras to the monitor but unfortunately there was no option to scroll through each camera or have a split screen to monitor all the camera feeds on a loop or simultaneously. We ended up returning the additional cameras.Unfortunately, the monitor stopped working a month after the warranty expired. We reached out to the manufacturer and there was no assistance.I looked and looked for another one and decided to repurchase the same monitor and camera. The new monitor is a day old. The picture quality is not as good, it does not display date and time like the other one did but the worst part is the sound clicks every few seconds!! Very disappointing.

This unit works well.It connects super easy..no instructions needed, which is great because not many are provided.The video feed is smooth and clear.The video sound is as good as one needs it to be but I don’t use the lullaby music as I think it sounds a bit tinny.I really don’t need date/time but it was an easy set up.I love the temperature sensor as the thermostat for that floor is in the master bedroom and the temps in baby’s room get much cooler with the door closed so I can check the monitor to assure it is warm enough without having to go in and chance the baby waking up just to check a temperature gauge.The quirks -After a year of using (only at grandma’s house, so not real often) I have noticed it beep once for no apparent reason 🤷♀️Another time, late at night, the screen came on for no reason. Wouldn’t you know, it was late at night and I was up alone when it happened. Batteries were good so that wasn’t the problem. Not sure why it did this.Tried to troubleshoot but there is no product support on their web HELLO BABY page. At all! Just a contact. I found it really odd that one can’t even find a user guide for it. I throw all my manuals away when I get something set up because I know I can get them online but I should have kept this one. How does a person do any troubleshooting if you don’t have one?For that reason, I gave this product only 4 stars.

This is the 2nd hello baby monitor I’ve had with our 4 kids over the years. I purchased this one after moving because I wanted an upgraded version. I was looking for a monitor that did not require WiFi, had long lasting battery life, an eco mode so that the screen wouldn’t be lit up all night (this one has multiple sound settings for noise level), it has great range for connection. Our house is about 2300 sq Ft and it reaches all over the house and front / back patio. I can easily see on the monitor in night mode and the camera moves for me to see wherever I need to in the rooms. Definitely will be getting more add on cameras and a bonus is that customer service was very quick and helpful when I reached out,
