Good camera for video clips and checking on my dogs; excellent customer support
This is a high quality camera to check on pets, monitor your home while away, and record video clips.I’m really happy with this security camera. I got it to record video clips of my dog using his talking buttons. It can be hard to predict when he is going to press the buttons, so I rarely have my phone ready to record. I have missed some funny conversations and wished I could capture them on video, so I wanted to get a camera that would activate when my dog approaches the buttons. This camera works great for this. The picture quality is great and audio is clear. Night vision works well for viewing in the dark.It was important to me to find a camera that would record video clips that are easy to find and download. The Mubview app is easy to navigate. I can access video clips through the “messages” section where the app shows alerts when motion is detected. Without an SD card, the app stores just images of each event, and with an SD card, a video clip is saved each time motion is detected. Clips can be viewed and downloaded directly to my phone via the app (this can be done remotely), or the SD card can be removed to view the files outside of the camera.This camera also works well for checking in on my dogs. I can see and hear them live. Through the app, the camera can be turned side to side (360 degrees) or up and down (probably about 45 degrees). It is helpful to be able to reposition the camera remotely to look around the room. It is also possible to speak through the camera, and this has been very helpful for talking to my dogs (for example, to ask them to stop barking if they see something outside when I’m not there).The app can be set to send alerts for motion and/or sound, but alerts can also be disabled to avoid unwanted notification messages. I turned off notifications so I do not receive alerts when the dogs move around.After using the camera for just under a month, an issue suddenly occurred where the SD card would not click into place. I contacted Mubview via their website, and the company responded immediately to assist me. Kaia from the Mubview support team was very helpful, and after troubleshooting the issue, quickly arranged to send me a replacement camera which arrived in less than 2 days. The new camera works perfectly, and I am very pleased with the support I received. I highly recommend this camera and Mubview as a company.

Excellent Indoor Camera
This is a fantastic little camera, it works very well. It has great picture quality on the app and very easy to use. Plug in and go. This camera rotates well to the left and to the right. It gives you a great view of the room. It also has very good night vision. Motion detection is very good too and it is very sensitive.I highly recommend this indoor camera , also have used it on my window cell , facing my front door, and it worked well there too. The app is user friendly and easy to use.

Great “spying” gadget
I don’t like that it’s only app-based which is blocked at my job (wish there was a website), but it helps me to spy on my cat in the other room (when I’m home) when he tends to forget that the 2nd dish is not for him, but for his sister. Now their weight is balancing out. I’m also able to see my home from other areas that don’t block the signal. It’s quite useful.

probably would be wise to not purchase this camera
we ordered this camera on March 6th, receiving it on the March 11th, and after set-up the camera worked good, except for the 2 way microphone, but picture wise it worked until the after noon of April 11th when we suddenly noticed it had gone offline. we have tried unsuccessfully to re load both the camera and app, the app works fine but the camera refuses to connect to wifi, even though it had no issues for just over 1 month, and because it lasted just over 1 month (31 days) there is no refund available, so wee are out the purchase price and own a camera that will not work

Very difficult to change Wifi network
I’ve had this camera for over an year now and mostly it’s been great! Good quality for the price, simple app to use. The audio seems to have broken now but that was after a year or so and the picture quality is still fine. However, the main issue is how difficult it is to change the wifi network once you’ve connected to one. It took a long time to find the instructions and I can’t seem to make it work. Not the best camera if you want to use it in locations other than the one you originally set it up in!

Very good camera
I bought the PK320, it’s an excellent camera, actually the best I’ve purchased so far over the years. It’s ridiculously easy to install, recognizes its settings even after unplugging and changing it places multiple times and it never drops the signal, which is a first for me. It’s an excellent little camera and the night lights are discrete. The only issue I’ve found so far is with the sound, it records a constant very loud “TAC TAC TAC…” I’m guessing it’s the mechanism that doesn’t run smoothly as it turns, otherwise. I’d simplify the menu though as you need to go through several clicks to access the images if you’re on the app and not clicking the external messages alerts to access the recent footage. Otherwise I’m very happy with it and the tech support is awesome too, they reply to your email within 24h.

Pretty much a perfect product. Does exactly what you need – both day and night vision, no subscription needed to use but you will need one or an SD card to store footage or look back in the past. I don’t need them as I just want to check on my new cats while I’m at work. The only issue I’ve had after three weeks is sometimes when turning the view of the camera to look around on my phone, is it will go allllllll the way around until it stops for some reason. Not sure what causes it but maybe I’m pressing the position reset button by accident which does exactly that .. but I’m not sure.
