Great camera and customer service
The Wuuk camera is fantastic for watching our little one! The video quality is clear, even at night, and the wide-angle view lets us see so much of the nursery. We love the two-way audio for soothing our baby and the motion/sound detection alerts are incredibly helpful. It’s truly given us peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Amazing product!
I had issue with screen not working. I emailed they were super fast as response and gave me a new baby monitor as I belive mines was under warranty. Product works very well. Picture is very clear. Nightvision is very good too. Amazing customer service Annie who handled my issue!

Great buy minus 1 small flaw!
We have had this unit for about 2 months now and so far it has worked great for us! There are multiple volume and brightness settings and it also displays date and time on the monitor. I love that the camera can be accessed with the phone app as well for when we’re not home. The only thing I wish it had was a dim mode feature on the monitor. Even at the lowest brightness, it can light up a room so I have been using a small cloth to cover the screen or just placing it face down at the bedside.The customer service is amazing, responding fast and addressing all concerns.

Great product. Easy to install and use and biggest advatange is you can access from anywhere using the app from your mobile phone which is great feature. I had a question regarding the monitor, reached out to the customer support and chatted with Dincy. Dincy was very helpful and was able to answer my questions. I would higly recommed this product.

Do not buy
The monitor went black twice in a few days and would not turn back on unless unplugged and replugged in. I’m not impressed as I have to go into my son’s room while he is sleeping to fix this issue.

See original review below. Since then the customer service contacted me and sent a new camera to try out, it seems to be working better. I will say this review change is largely due to the customer experience I received after my initial disappointment. Like originally stated the camera is great, battery is good, picture is clear, I hope this one lasts!I was so excited when I first opened this. Huge screen, wide angle, clear picture, noise cancellation but so many issues that just end up making it useless. Constantly freezes so you think they are sleeping when in fact they are not lol. You have to then go in and unplug and plug in camera multiple times for it to work again. Camera randomly goes black so you have to repeat same steps above. Extremely loud call button on the camera itself will randomly go off in the babies room causing them to wake up. 🤯Do not buy.

I love this baby camera. You can check camera on your phone and on the monitor.it is very convenient.The video quality is great, night or day vision. Conectivity is great and functionality. I recomment.

Very easy to use and setup! Video quality is crystal clear and night vision is awesome. The app is fantastic and handy to have when you’re not home.Had a small issue of the baby monitor losing signal and unable to pair with the camera but contacted Wuuk customer support who helped resolve the issue quickly! They follow up making sure you are fully happy and satisfied and the product.Couldn’t be more happy with the purchase!

Love the colour and shark camera, monitor is in great quality and sound goes up really loud. Can take the monitor to any room in the house and still excellent connection/picture.

J’ai sans le faire exprès casser l’écran, jai contacter le service le service client pour pourvoir racheter que l’écran et a ma grande surprise j’étais sous garantie 1 an même si c’était de ma faute.Services client très réactif en moins d’une semaine j’avais ma nouvelle caméra.

Ich habe das Babyphone hauptsächlich wegen der großen Reichweite gekauft, diese ist sehr gut. Weiter Vorteile sind der große Display und der Weitwinkelblick.Der Display hatte nach einiger Zeit einen Pixelfehler, super Kundenservice, haben ohne Probleme ein Ersatzgerät erhalten.Besitze das Babyphone nun schon 4 Monate und kann es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
