Great product
I am very happy with this product and the customer service from Vtimes. We been using this monitor for nearly 7-months, the camera has very generous horizontal and vertical capacity, I can literally turn the camera using the monitor and easily see various parts of the room. Also, the wide monitor provides great coverage of my baby while sleeping. When the monitor got damage and half the screen turned black, I contacted Vtimes through the Amazon product support link and less than12hours later, I already received a reply from Vtimes indicating they would replace the monitor. I am very happy we choose Vtimes for our baby monitor and even more happier with the excellent customer services. I would highly recommend this product.

Mid-Quality Monitor, 5 Star Service
We used this monitor for a year before it stopped working. Overall it was okay – moderate picture quality, needed to be plugged in overnight. When I reached out to their service department they offered to ship me a new one at no charge with a lifetime guarantee

Facile à utiliser, fonctionne bien. Par contre même en étant au minimum la luminosité est très forte donc éclaire énormément notre chambre la nuit… la luminositée devrait pouvoir se baisser plus.

Vtimes Baby Monitor
Great little baby monitor/camera! Had an issue with the camera monitor screen after 7 months with it freezing, disconnecting from the camera even though I was not that far away from the camera. I contacted the Company’s customer service , received quick response from them , and they have shipped me a new one! Awesome customer service! Even with the issue I still love this baby monitor/camera

Generally good, BEWARE of short connection distance
After using this monitor for 2 months, we have some thoughts: First, if you want a monitor for distance, this is NOT the product for you. What drew me to this monitor was the affordability and stated distance (product said 1000ft); upon use, the range is barely 200ft. You cannot work in the yard while the baby naps if you use this monitor. What we do like is the ability to move the camera and zoom via the parent monitor. If using inside the home, this is a great affordable, user friendly, option.Pros:- affordability- large monitor screen- ability to move the camera and zoom from parent monitor.Cons:- connectivity barely reaches 200ft- screen is not the clearest (was clearer before we removed the protective sheet)

Great monitor
Works great. I use it everyday. Love that I can move the camera around using the remote, also the night vision works, I can talk to my baby through the remote and play music. There’s nothing I don’t like about it.

Easy set up, reliable company
Great monitor, fast and easy set up! Literally just plug on and ready to go. Video is in colour for daytime and black and white at night. As it’s small and compact and easy to set up we can even take it with us when we travel. Wifi free gives us peace of mind for security as well.There are safety alerts for battery low for monitor that can be turned off.Customer service was fast and easily resolved an issue I had with charging the monitor for free.

Solid product and company
This monitor has served us well! Good range and very easy to move around as needed, works without wifi and very convenient . We had an issue with the monitor screen and reached out to customer service who addressed our issue within an hour and ensured the issue got resolved without hassle. Great company and product.

I purchased the 3.2 inches and I’m very happy with this product! Works really well, super easy to use, easy to adjust the camera for better picture using the monitor. I use everyday to make sure my babies are ok. Also it’s a great monitor to travel with. Has a great picture quality and sound is very clear.

Great and reliable baby monitor! The 5-inch screen is super clear, and the night vision is a lifesaver. The battery is just great and lasts a long time! The camera can pan, tilt, and zoom, making it easy to check on my baby from anywhere in the house. The two-way talk feature is perfect for soothing my little one without going into the room, and the lullabies are a nice touch! I also appreciate the temperature display and alerts. Best travel camera!!! This is such a good travel baby monitor. We brought it to Hawaii since our suite had two separate spaces. We could watch our daughter on the monitor and be on our balcony without worry! it is super light weight and the easiest camera I’ve ever had to set up. Picture quality is fine. Your typical none-wifi camera quality. Amazing value for the price. Battery life lasts a decent amount but we left it plugged in a majority of the time. Definitely grab this for your next vacation function and call it a day!

Super basic but does the job. Priced right. Video quality definitely enough. We liked the lullabies or sleep sounds it played as an unexpected bonus. No wifi needed! Just a plug. We use this when traveling.

Bought last minute for travel and exceeded expectations for the price. We have a full system at home and typically travel with one of the cameras and a basic audio monitor, but the systems cameras wouldn’t work where we were staying. Found this as a last minute option and for the price, it delivers more than what we expected. We packed our audio monitor as well as back up and didn’t even need it. Definitely not the greatest picture quality or features, but worked for our needs, easy to set up and use and at this price point was perfect.
