High Quality Video Camera
I both this camera to keep an eye on my elderly parents. It connects easily to 2.4 GHz wifi through a mobile app.The video quality in daylight is crystal clear in HD. Also, night vision camera is great as one can see objects clearly in no light. I can talk to my mom and dad through this security camera and they don’t have to touch their phone. They can even see me in the screen given on the camera.This camera has got motion detection so I get notifications on my app whenever my parents enters or leaves the house.

Like most technology, don’t expect it to last very long
I was super excited about this purchase and was quick to set it up when I received it at the end of November 2023. It worked great until the sound stopped working a week ago and the video stopped working today. It is powered on in the photo and all I get is a blank screen. Not sure if there is something can be done to repair it or if there is any kind of warranty. If it would have kept working I would have rated 5 stars as it was amazing when it was working.

Life Saver For My Elderly Father
I can’t fully express what a life saver this is for my Dad. He was living in his apartment alone and starting to get early onset dementia. He was forgetting how to use the home phone.He was also getting very anxious being alone.I purchased this camera and everything changed. He could call me easily by a push of a button. He didn’t feel alone because he could see me. I could set the camera to motion alert and it would send me a notification if he moved. I could then turn it on to make sure he didn’t fall or guide him to help whatever he was trying to do. It gave me so much peace of mind.Fast forward. He is now in a nursing home. The home tried to say he couldn’t have his camera. I fought it and because he is disabled and unable to use a phone, he is allowed by law to have this 2 way video caller. The things that I saw was heartbreaking. But I was able to rush over to the home and address the issue. Dad’s care has improved 100% because of this camera.Note to use in nursing home for your loved one.1. You must make a sign that states ” 2 way video calling in progress”2. You cannot use anything you see on the camera against the home. (Hence why I would rush over so I could say I seen it with my own eyes.)3. You can’t communicate with staff with the camera.This camera isn’t perfect as at times you lose signal. I’m sure 2 way video cameras will get better as time goes on but I 100% recommend this if you have an elderly loved one at home or in a nursing home.The app to use it is free and very easy to set up.Hope this review helps people with elderly loved ones.

SD Card slot missing
I had bought this camera in Sept 2024 for my mom who lives alone and put it beside her bed. I live in the same building, so if she didn’t feel well, she could just press the button, instead of finding her phone and find my number and I’d be able to get to her in just a couple minutes. It was great to have it as well as the SD card which made it easy to look at the history. But I needed one in her living room, as well, to make sure she was ok and didn’t have a fall. So I ordered another in Apr 2025, but this one came without a slot for the SD card, which forces you to subscribe to their cloud which costs extra, and doesn’t record everything to review the history. It just records and cuts off pieces of the timeline. All I did was reorder (buy again) what I thought was exactly the same product. I even purchased an SD card thinking it’s the same unit as before. That’s the only thing that I’m disappointed about. I’m thinking of buying another one but I need to know if it will have that card slot.

Great 360 dregee rotation
This is what I really need for my kids, this video cam is very useful and helpful, which I use to keep monitoring my kids while working at home in my room and they are at the living area. It has clear video that I can see properly the surroundings and the two way communication is so audible. And I really like that even at night I can still monitor through this cam and has good vision while rotating 360 degree. I so far like how I have been using it.

This is very helpful to check my baby in our house.It is easy to install and use in cellphone app. There is 2 button to call(voice or videocall ) that will direct to a phone number (the one you set up in your phone)

I was under the impression I could talk to my pet and see her, the video quality is bad and my cat would have to press the talk button to see or hear me.NOT PET FREINDLY

great lil camera, call and get called live, records for playback even if i’m not online, live viewing and though i thought it was and i guess the representative was confused told me it was, lithium battery chargeable so i wouldn’t need to rely on the electricity or wifi to record on micro sd. thieves know how to hack wifi and turn off electric switches in home fuse box. then i would just have a gap in recorded content i suppose. so i’m still looking for one chargeable unit. otherwise it does a good job so far, is quiet and speaker though is kind of screechy when you try to talk. ty

Worthless. Bought for elderly mother to be able to see her and speak to her. Downloaded app. Followed up instructions. Device could not be found via Bluetooth. Only option for connecting was Bluetooth. No WiFi options. Totally mislead.

This product is way better than I EXPECTED. I use it to monitor my home while on business trip. The app works great and responsive. I was able to pan the camera and view almost 300 degrees all around while I was in Asia! Would definitely buy another to watch the backyard.

I love the video call feature because my dog can see me on the monitor but I wish it had more range or motion than my previous camera that unfortunately began glitching and could not be replaced. The app took a little getting used to, and I do also with there was an option to turn the camera in and off while being plugged in but overall it’s a decent camera.
