Very nice, dependable monitor
Honestly we love this unitThe camera panning is excellentThe visual on the screen is clear and not grainyIt is very sensitive as well when our baby makes very small noises it lights up which is excellent for peace of mind.The battery life also is pretty good we will have it beside us in bed and it will last all night ( A full 8 hours)The range is nice too we can be in our basement with the monitor and it will work perfectly fine to our child’s room.Honestly I would recommend this unit it has been fantastic for us.Also I should mention their customer service is spot on!

Great product, phenomenal customer service
Bought the baby monitor and camera in August 2024, and loved it right away. Did everything it said it did and was very user friendly. Had no complaints until parent model stopped working properly in Oct. Contacted customer service, recieved a response via email within 24 hours and had the issue resolved. Super happy with the product and customer service. Would definitely buy from hello baby again and reccomend to anyone looking for no wifi baby monitor.

Not worth it
I had the hello baby 5” display monitor and I loved it(though I stepped on it one day and broke the screen woops). When I went to buy another they were completely sold out so I figured this should be the same thing only a smaller screen. This monitor is TERRIBLE. The sound is so delayed and sometimes it won’t even pick up my baby crying….. the eco mode doesn’t work, it just turns off the monitor and then disconnects and can’t find signal anymore. It will randomly pick up white noise and disconnect even when I havnt moved it in a while. I played around to see if it was another device or wall in my home that was making the monitor randomly disconnect, I came up with nothing. It’s never the same spot or on for a specific amount of time when it disconnects. It makes me worried it will disconnect randomly at night and I won’t be able to hear my crying baby. I only use for naps as I can make sure to be checking the monitor incase it randomly disconnects again. Don’t waste your money on this one. Either get the 5” display version or go with another brand altogether. Not worth the headache or anxiety of a faulty monitor.

Review après 3ans 1/2 d’utilisation.Notre premier kit ( une caméra et un moniteur ) , le moniteur avait ses anicroches par moment ( barres dans l’écran, gel de l’image impossible de fermer le moniteur; obliger de laisser décharger et recharger ce qui réglait le problème) les barres c’est courant mais ça vient et ça part et personnellement ce n’est pas dérangeant, le gel est plus tannant mais c’est arrivé une seule fois. J’ai dû acheter un autre kit car par ma faute, je me suis assise dessus ce qui a scraper l’écran! Elle rencontre les mêmes problématiques que la première.Côté caméra, aucune problématique rencontrée! Perchée sur un pôle à rideau à l’aide du manche malléable vendu séparément, c’est un charme! Bonne vision 360, ce qui permet de suivre les plus vieux qui se lève seule dans leur chambre! Image en noir et blanc la nuit et en couleur de jour. Elle se connecte bien au moniteur. Le fait de se coupler sans connexion internet est un must! Ça nous permet de les utiliser en camping et nous réceptionnons sur une bonne distance jusqu’à 300pieds mais c’était le max en ligne droite sans interférence!Le moniteur, a un bon son clair. On peut la mettre sur muet pour ne voir que l’image et ça n’empêche pas d’interagir avec l’enfant au besoin. Il y a un mode avec musique. C’est correcte mais sans plus. En tout temps, on peut savoir la température ambiante, ce qui est excellent pour savoir la chaleur en tente-roulotte!! On n’est pas toujours obligé d’avoir la caméra ouverte, elle peut être en mode veille, les voyants lumineux (passant du vert au jaune/orange ainsi qu’au rouge) et le son nous avertit du bruit détecté et c’est assez sensible pour surveiller une toux etc.. C’est facile de passer d’une caméra à une autre, c’est ce qu’on va pouvoir tester au quotidien avec le 2e en route. La qualité de vie de la batterie est satisfaisante, environ 12h en mode veille et quelques heures pour charger mais elle fonctionne même branché! Elle sonne et le voyant de batterie flash pour nous avertir de sa décharge imminente.Pour le rapport qualité/ prix , je vous la conseille. Nous sommes 3 mères à l’utiliser et sommes tous satisfaite!

Piece of mine is worth this much.
This is definitely part of the top 5 items we bought before our baby was born and I am so glad we did. This thing works flawlessly. It DOES NOT use wifi, the screen is not in colour but it displays what you need to see when you need to see it. You can move the camera around to track the baby moving, the VOX feature is simply perfect as it catches noises and movements and you can set up the sensitivity level. The screen is extremely bright, we have it at the lowest setting and it is still super bright. The sound is loud and clear. It displays the room temperature. The battery life is incredible, we get about 12-14 hours after fully charged with the VOX setting to the low sensitivity level and our baby doesn’t wake up through the night much. When the time comes for a second baby I will definitely buy another camera for this same system as it is incredible. The only thing that should have that doesn’t is the time. Other than that is just perfect.

Great Monitor & Excellent Customer Service
We were looking for an inexpensive monitor to leave at our cottage. I was a little nervous about the parent unit being so small, but I was pleasantly surprised by the great video quality. It is very clear, even in low light, which gives me peace of mind when checking on my baby at night. I did encounter an issue with charging the parent unit, but their exceptional customer service quickly addressed it, sending us a replacement. Overall, this baby monitor has exceeded my expectations both in performance and customer support. Highly recommend!

We bought this after a rival product broke after two uses!!This camera system has been going strong for a few months now and we really rate it. The night vision picture quality is excellent and having the ability to remotely adjust the camera is priceless. No need to creep back into the nursery to adjust a camera that’s been moved. Sound quality is good considering the size although we don’t use it to communicate with baby, just for hearing if he cries.Battery life on the monitor is also good, albeit we charge it daily.Lots of setting options to adjust sound, brightness etc which has been useful.

Innanzitutto è un prodotto ben fatto, migliorato rispetto al modello precedente su vari aspetti, a cominciare dai pulsanti sul baby monitor.Qualità immagine molto buona anche in notturna. Termometro perfetto e preciso, audio molto buono.Lo zoom è quello che è ma va bene se la tenete a distanza dalla culletta. La telecamera si muove benissimo e risponde immediatamente ai comandi, non lagga mai.Per me 5 stelle perché appena la accendi è immediatamente connessa, super veloce e pratica. Leggera, batteria monitor longeva. Non è una 1080p ma si vede benissimo e svolge perfettamente il suo dovere. Costa un po’ rispetto ad altre ma la qualità si vede tutta.
