Best Add-On Baby Cam
As we have two kids, we purchased this add on camera after buying the initial Baby Cam 4K Pack. Camera works just like the one provided in the initial pack. We love that we can use the monitor or our phones from anywhere. We own several eufy products and once again they hit a home run with this. Thank you!

This easily hooked up to my original E21 monitor. It’s super easy to use and see both my children at once and the app is great. The picture quality is amazing; I can’t go back to our old monitor now without feeling like it’s super blurry.

I received this item and was disappointed at first because it would not connect on my app and it was spotty in connecting with the monitor. I reached out to the Customer Service team and they offered a replacement. They asked a few simple questions, had me send a couple of pictures and determined I needed a replacement. The biggest surprise was the speed-they either had decided to send me a replacement before they told me they were sending one, or it was sent overnight-priority because I had the discussion with them late on a Wednesday afternoon and it was at my house by Thursday lunch-I don’t think I have ever gotten anything that fast. The cameras and monitor do work well, along with the app, no complaints there but the customer service is likely what will bring me back with the Eufy brand.

This add-on camera is a very good camera to add to my old set from eufy too. Adding was easy, it works like a breeze. The 4K UHD resolution is very clear, I can see everything perfectly, even small things. I like that I can move it, 330 degrees pan and 60 degrees tilt, so I can see all the room with clear sound. The 8x zoom is also helpful to see closer. At night, the night vision works very well, I can still see clearly. The battery is big, 5000mAh, so it works for a long time without charging. And the ANR feature helps too. It is a good extra camera for the eufy system with great connectivity.

If you are not wanting to use the camera you purchased this is the camera for you. I have had so many issues with getting it to work. I have a very tech friendly home and this is the only device that is always trying to connect. When it works it’s great but then it loses connection and I’ve tried restarting it, unplugging it, changing the video feed to 1080p, restarting it, reformatting the sd card (thinking it was lagging from that), updating it, restarting it, updating my router, restarting it… nothing is working. If you are looking for something reliable DO NOT go with this camera.

I own several eufy cameras so I was excited to try put their baby cameras. Ive also had several different brands of baby cameras and monitors and this one blows them all away. When it comes to picturw quality, there is no comparison. And it can pan/rotate, and also a few smart features. Also, I accidentally unplugged it and realized that its actually a battery camera, which is fantastic.100%recommend
