Great for multiple kids
I needed something that would allow me to see 3 kids at once, two forward facing and one rear facing.I have a 2019 Ford Expedition - the installation for the rear facing camera was a bit tricky, as I didn't realize the headrests in the 2nd row are NOT adjustable, and they are not interchangeable with the headrests from the front seats which are adjustable height. I almost needed some sort of extender for the camera, but made it work for the camera on the 2nd row (rear facing baby). The extra pieces to make the cameras more secure for the headrest posts were also handy, but not quite the right size for the front seat attached camera, but I made it work. The camera installed on the headrest of the driver seat gives me a full view of the forward facing child in the 2nd row, and the forward facing child in the 3rd row as well.Definitely long wires, but they were easy to hide underneath the floor mats.I like that you can see both cameras at the same time on the screen. I do wish the cameras had a zoom function. It is also difficult to see the screen when wearing sunglasses as another reviewer mentioned. I have not tested the camera functionality at night yet, so cannot comment on the night vision capability and quality. For the overall value and quality, I think it is a great set up for families with multiple children.

First Impressions:The BabyVue BV3 Pro makes an excellent first impression. The build quality is impressive — sturdy, sleek, and nothing about it feels cheap. Setup is straightforward: just plug it into a 12V outlet, and you're up and running in five minutes. The instructions are clear and easy to follow.Screen & Menu:The screen (6-5/8" diagonal) is bright and easy to navigate, with a simple menu system. While the exact resolution isn’t specified, the display is sharp enough for its purpose, with clear visibility. It features three buttons for brightness (three levels), menu navigation, and camera view options (Cam1, Cam2, or split-screen).Cameras:Both cameras deliver clear, crisp images, even in low light, thanks to two infrared LEDs and a built-in photo sensor for automatic night mode. There's a subtle fisheye effect, which actually helps widen the view. The cameras come with removable silicone bunny ears — a cute touch — though removing them reveals three small holes, so they are not weatherproof (nor are they advertised as such). Each camera includes a hinged clamp for mounting onto an adjustable headrest pillar, with included adapters for 14mm, 12mm, and 9mm diameters. They connect via a 21.5-inch cord with a slim 4-pin connector, and can be aimed using a ball-socket joint that allows roughly 30 degrees of adjustment in any direction.Wiring & Power:The system includes a 56-inch power cable from the 12V plug and a 23-inch connector segment to the display, giving you about 79 inches of reach — useful for flexible mounting locations. The main cable then splits into a 42-inch run before dividing again into two 66-inch cords for the cameras. It’s a lot of wire, but the extra length is appreciated for clean installations and safe cable management. What’s in the Box:One display screen with mountTwo cameras with bunny ear coversHeadrest mounting clamps + size adapters12V power adapter with push-button switchAll necessary cablingFinal Thoughts:This is a thoughtful, well-designed system that simply didn’t exist when my own kids were babies. I purchased it as a gift for my nephew and his wife, who travel frequently with their new baby. After testing it myself, I’m confident they’ll find it both practical and reassuring. The BabyVue BV3 Pro delivers on its promises and is a great tool for modern parents on the go.

This Babyvue Baby Car Camera system is a really designed very thoughtfully for families with multiple kids. This comes with dual camera to monitor multiple kids or even baby or pet sitting in car rear seats. It is very convenient to see dual channels in the large 7.2” HD screen. This screen offers sharp visuals of various combinations of dual camera set up. It's set up is straightforward and only takes 5-10 mins most. I really liked the provided long wires for connecting cameras, display and power to cigarette lighter port. All wires could be easily laid out and could be hidden. It lacks zoom function and like other LCD screens, it will a bit difficult to see with sunglasses. However, Night vision is clear and sharp. Its operation on screen is very simple to use for various selections. Overall, its built quality is solid, and grip of the cameras hold securely even on bumpy roads. It's a great value for peace of mind during every trip.

This dual baby car camera is a game-changer for parents with two kids. The 7.2" HD display delivers sharp 1080P visuals, and the split-screen mode lets me monitor both children effortlessly. The IR night vision is a standout, providing clear images even in low light without disturbing my babies. Installation was a breeze with the included cable clips and 22FT cable, fitting perfectly in my SUV. The brightness adjustment and extreme temperature resistance ensure reliable performance in any condition. Highly recommend for safe, distraction-free driving!

Our minivan (Honda Odyssey 25) has a built-in camera, but the major downside is that I can't have it on at the same time as the GPS, which is a bit of a design flaw in the van, in my opinion. This camera system turned out to be the perfect workaround. The split-screen feature is the main reason I got this, and it works well. I have one child who is still rear-facing and an older one who is forward-facing. The 7.2-inch screen is a generous size, and it gives me a clear view of both of them at the same time without me having to take my eyes off the road for more than a glance. The picture quality is surprisingly sharp, both during the day and at night (no glare).Pros:The setup was straightforward. The cameras snap directly onto the metal posts of the headrests, which felt secure.I was able to run the wires under the floor mats, so they are mostly out of sight. The kit also came with some Velcro strips which I used to further secure the cords and keep them tidy. The dual-view capability is excellent for anyone with more than one child in the back. It provides a lot of peace of mind to be able to see both of them.Cons:My only real concern is that the cords could potentially be unplugged by a curious child if they aren't tucked away securely. I made sure to run them where hands/feet can't easily reach, so it hasn't been an issue for me.While the cord length was just fine for my setup with both car seats in the middle row of my minivan, I could see it being a stretch if you have a larger vehicle and need to install a camera on the back row's headrest. It's something to consider if you have a very large SUV or a third row in use.Overall, I'm quite satisfied with this purchase. It solved the specific problem I had with my van's built-in system and makes drives with the kids feel a bit safer.

This is a very clear and great quality camera! Love the long screen and the ease of installing. I only have two complaints. 1. The glare. It’s a glass screen with no anti glare, so being on the dash and in the bright daylight can make it challenging to see the kiddos. 2. Both cameras are mirrored. It kinda throws you off a little bit directionally because when they look left, it looks like they are looking right. Wish there was a way to switch that off, and there is nothing in instructions to do so sadly. Other than these two things, so far it’s great!
