We love it
Little confusing to use. Most a user issue.Happy with the shipping speed and everything this monitor comes with.The price was good for all the features and the clarity!I don’t understand the SD card thing and then I’m confused on the cloud option- kinda sad you have to pay into a cloud when vtech has the recordings saved

Excellente qualité vidéo
La qualité de l’image est impeccable. La batterie dure longtemps sans être branchée grâce au mode veille.Seul point négatif : le temps de réaction est parfois lent lorsqu’on utilise les boutons de navigation. Il faut parfois peser plusieurs fois pour que l’écran s’allume.

Ne vaut pas le prix
J’apprécie la possibilité d’avoir la vidéo sur cellulaire ou sur moniteur, par contre la qualité d’image est médiocre. J’avais une bien meilleure qualité avec mon ancienne caméra qui valait 50$. Ne vaut pas le prix payé. Malheureusement, je ne recommande pas. De plus, elle n’indique pas la bonne température et il y a toujours un point lumineux au centre.

Amazing camera
I decided to buy these split monitor cameras after reading about a few and I can say I made the right choice.It was really easy to set up literally plug and go. The monitor is big enough that I can see both babies very clearly on the split screens. Picture quality is very crisp and the sound quality is great.Night mode, although it takes a few seconds to get bright, is very clear and picture quality is really goodI’ve experienced a lag a couple of times and mostly at night but nothing too crazy.I haven’t tried connecting to my mobile device yet as I’m happy with just using the monitors for now.

Bonne caméra pour bébéCependant le moniteur ne sert à rien car l’application et plus utile .Manque de modernisation du systeme niveau moniteurLes alertes sont utile, mais les données sur les températures ne sont pas efficace car l’appareil dégage de la chaleur ce qui fausse les données.

Great connection & image resolution.
I got this camera today to finally replace my Motorola Halo after having that for 5 years it started giving me connection issues. My router is in the basement and my baby’s room is 2 floors upstairs on the 2nd level. The connection is great! The resolution is so clear! So far I am very impressed 👏

Out of a few that I’ve purchased, Arenti baby cams have been my favorite, both for the ease of set up and for their features. I love it so much that I even bought a second set of 2 cameras to put in more rooms. While I’ve never used some features it comes with like the lullaby player, others I use a lot. My 4 year old loves the “bunny light” and finds it to be soothing and comforting. I love the fact that if my kids need me, they can click the button on the camera to call me and it sends me a notification that someone is trying to reach me. The cam quality itself is very good, hardly any lagging, I can see, hear and speak through the camera with pretty good accuracy (obviously not as good as a phone but pretty good). I love that you can add the bunny ears making it look cute and kid friendly. You can also adjust notifications through the app, picking between cry, motion and noise detection.Just a few things the app would have: I wish the app gave options of time of how long the “bunny light” would be on for, bc right now it’s just 30 mins, which is not enough time for a kid who takes FOREVER to fall asleep like mine.And also an option where I can adjust the schedule of when the motion, cry or noise detection notification goes off. I had a camera before that would allow me to make those adjustments and now that this cam doesn’t come with it, I find it seriously lacking bc I get notifications all day long and they’re sooo annoying. I really only need them for specific times of day.Other than that, really great, cute camera, works really well, you won’t be disappointed.

Ok, I was looking for a baby monitor that had both a parent unit and an app available. I tried a few other brands but wasn’t successful. Then I came across this brand, which I wasn’t familiar with, and noticed that all the reviews were 5 stars. HOWEVER, they were all from people who WERE invited to review the product. So, I decided to buy it and come back here as an independent buyer to provide an honest review.By far, this has been the best-quality camera I’ve ever had! Of course, nothing is perfect, and there are some aspects that don’t work for me, but they might work perfectly for other families.Pros:- One standout feature is that the camera does not have or maintain a blue light to indicate that it’s on. This is excellent because it allows the room to remain completely dark.- Offers the option to use both the parent unit (physical monitor) and the app (online monitoring)- The camera updates almost instantly, unlike other cameras that take nearly a minute to update the online video- Split screen: you can see both kids at the same time- You can adjust the camera from either the baby monitor or the app- Excellent screen quality- It measures the temperature and humidity of the rooms and also displays the time – this may seem simple, but none of my other monitors had all three functions together.- When the camera moves it is completely silent, which is also a great feature because it doesn’t wake your kid up.Cons:- While it captures 100% of any sound in the room (which is great), it becomes an issue because the volume is so loud that it startles me every time my son makes even a small noise. I’ve adjusted the volume to the lowest setting, but I think the microphone quality is so good that even at the lowest level, it’s still too loud.- The parent unit automatically switches between cameras based on detected sound/movement. This is not ideal for parents like me with small children. I have a 19-month-old and a 4.5-year-old, so at night, I want to keep the split-screen view but have the audio only from the toddler’s room. The only way to do this is by disabling the sound/movement option on the other camera (in my case, my 4.5-year-old’s room). The problem is that once you do this, the app stops recording ANY (and I do mean any) sound or movement from the older child’s room. That said, if you go to the archive, it will never show up whatever happened in that room because it stops recording everything. That is the main reason why I am taking 1 star…- The battery could last longer. It’s not enough for a full night.I don’t need the “diapers and feeds” function, so I can’t comment on that.Overall, I am very happy with it and after 4 years having experience with different products, this one would be the one I would recommend.

The screen frequently disconnects from the cameras, making the product useless. Very disappointed, we would return but we are just a fee days outside the return window. I recommend going with a different product.

I love this brand, I have the single camera for my toddler but now that I have another baby I purchased this and it works amazing!! The battery life is pretty good but just make sure to not keep it on the charger 24/7 or it will greatly diminish the battery life. Amazing for parents with multiple children!!

Super easy set up and easy use. Wall mount is great. Really clear picture and nice zoom feature. I love that it has 2 cameras so I dont have to move the monitor between the nursery and the basinet in the master bedroom. Love that it has a portable monitor instead of always having to use my phone. Makes it really easy for our baby sitter. Only downside i have found is the blue light that indicates power is pretty bright at night. I’m going to try using a black out sticker. Lastly it does have pretty loud feedback if you accidentally leave the volume up, but it does remind you to keep a safe distance when you increase the volume. This is the 3rd monitor I’ve tried and it’s my favorite so far.
