Must-Have for New Parents — Works Great!
I wasn’t sure if a wipes warmer was necessary, but I’m so glad I got this one! It keeps wipes warm and moist without drying them out, making diaper changes much more comfortable for my baby, especially during nighttime. The design is simple, easy to refill, and the temperature stays consistent. It feels sturdy and well-made. Definitely a small luxury that makes a big difference.

Purchased this wipe warmer twice. Both defective.POOOOOOOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
DON’T COUNT ON THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AS THEY BARELY RESPOND TO YOUR EMAILS. I purchased this wipe warmer as it had good reviews, night light and 2 temperature settings. It was a great product just for a couple of days after which it frequently stopped warming the wipes. We had to turn the device off and then on again and wait for 15-30min for the wipes to be warm which was really a headache with a crying baby waiting for their diaper to be changed. As I really liked the night light of this warmer I decided to return this defective item and buy the exact same product again, of course at an irrational higher price than the previous one, in the hopes that the new one does not have this issue. Unfortunately though, the 2nd one arrived with the same issue, making me to return that as well. Meanwhile, I emailed their customer service, they asked for my order number, I emailed them the number and then they never responded to my emails. POOR POOR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Dommage
Fonctionne bien mais brûle les lingettes. Peut-être que c’est parce que les paquets de lingettes Kirkland sont plus gros comparé aux autres marques. Mais la partie qui touche la parois du fond brûle le plus des lingettes à travers le sac.
