Too big for 6m old whose gung ho and ready to go!
My baby is 6m and really has incredible leg strength. His little feet already want to take steps when he’s being held up. He can bear weight on his legs and he’s 16lbs. I do NOT recommend buying this unless the child is already walking as he wants to lean forward a bit and I do not feel this product was designed with a safety 1st approach. Spend a little extra and get something off Amazon that’s more secure unless you’re using it on a bigger child that it will fit and using it to take pressure off your back while he/she is having a little walk- especially on a hard surface that you might be a bit more weary off baby falling and hitting their head. There’s some really great baby head protectors on Amazon too just make sure you check the age recommendations and always have a peek at the reviews. I didn’t do that before ordering this. I thought the price on the aqua coloured one was too good to resist. I should have spent a bit more and got one that’s more suited for a baby who’s not able to quite yet walk on his own. Shoot!
