The CutiePlusU adult diaper in yellow is a great product for managing overnight incontinence issues. I’ve had no leaks and the diaper does a great job of wicking moisture away from the skin. It also contains odor very well. It is plastic backed with a front landing zone, so tapes can be adjusted if needed. The tapes hold strong and still release and restick with ease. A lot of other brands rip the landing zone when adjusting the tapes. This is a very comfortable diaper and I love the yellow. Its nice to have a diaper that is not plain white.Update: I’ve since ordered these in green and purple. They are just as good as the yellow. I highly recommend these diapers for managing day-time or night-time incontinence issues. I’ve not experienced any leaks, and my bedding is dry every morning.

CutiesPlusU = Trest = Northshore MegaMAX :: These are all the same diaper. Similar capacity, similar performance, similar feel and fasteners. Expensive but work. They tend to clump before reaching capacity and are a bit thinner than the Trest and Northshore. No 5 stars because Sunkiss Masterpiece feels better, is $1 cheaper per peice and is, in my opinion, a better performer. The only one that outranks Sunkiss is the Waddles from Tykables but they are for fun and are much thicker and wider in the crotch. If you are ABDL, emphasis on DL, then you will enjoy the cool colors. The Cuties tend to make quite a bit of noise as the plastic backing is a little stiffer than the others.

I have tried about all brands and these are the best 👌 yet they are very comfortable and have a loud crinkly sound I like 👍 if you like a soft, comfortable,crinkly,fair priced product this is it! But don’t buy too many I don’t want to see the words out of stock when I get ready to order 😫 more

My orders have been great well fitting super absorbent and thick then the last bag I ordered was all messed up the padding was not uniform they weren’t symmetrical and definitely didn’t fit correctly to say the least I should have returned them but I didn’t I will however not order them again until the company proves they have fixed the problem update their customer service is outstanding they quickly replaced my order
