Terrific Tub Time Toys!
Sometimes, the simplest bath toys are the best ones; our grandchildren don’t seem to need anything too fancy to keep them occupied in the tub. That’s not to say that they don’t like their interesting STEM sets that allow them to experiment with water dynamics, it’s just that, for parents, finding the time to set them up and help their kids with them can be difficult. We ordered this set because, while not that educational, it offers our grandkids a wonderful opportunity to construct fun models in the bath.This set is pretty much as simple as it gets. Inside the egg shaped screw top container that it comes in, you will find eight brightly coloured underwater creatures in a variety of colours. Each is made of silicone and each, as part of their body, has one or more suction cups (the ray, seahorse, and coral have one each, the crab and three of the fish have two, and the octopus has six) which serve to attach them to the tub wall (or any nonporous surface like glass) or, more interestingly, to each other. In addition to the sea creatures, the set also comes with twenty-four smaller pieces that can also attach to the animals or to each other. These pieces have two, three, four, or, in the case of the star shaped connector, five suction cups. Using these connectors in conjunction with the sea creatures, it’s possible to construct fascinating sculptures with multiple elements. The individual components are light enough that the suction cups are able to do a great job of adhering to one another allowing for large and fairly complex projects (especially if you use the smaller connectors to attach it to the wall in a number of places. The pieces come apart easily; simply grab the edge of the suction cup and peel it back from its mate. All of the pieces feature solid construction so there’s no way for water to enter the toys; they’re easy to dry and keep clean.I will mention that the egg shaped storage container really isn’t big enough to contain all the pieces; you really have to push the pieces in tightly if you wish to screw the lid back on. We also noticed that the paint on the eyes of the sea creatures does not seem to adhere well; I imagine that it will wear off with the first half dozen uses.This set is fun, easy to use and creative; before you know it, you’ll have a variety of intricate sculptures hanging from the walls of your tub. While the sea animals are a decent size, the connectors are small enough that I wouldn’t recommend this for children who are still inclined to put things in their mouths. Arriving in a cardboard gift box, this really would make a nice any occasion gift for younger children. Recommended.

New favorite toy!
On dry surfaces: stick great to smooth surfaces and each other for fun designs.On wet surfaces: same as dryOverall: The colors are great, size is good for all kinds of hand sizes. They didn’t come with a bath container though, the container they come in has no drain holes and would just cause a mold issue. My kids had so much fun with them that bedtime even went smoothly (what?!) and they want them to play with both outside and in the bath. It was a blast. I know the purpose of the boring shapes (building), but my 3 year old and I preferred the little creatures over the basic building shapes.

These are awesome for the bathtub I love these suction cup toys because they can stick easily on the porcelain. Very nice and easy to keep clean because there’s no holes. They dry up quickly and are fun for the kids in the tub to give them that extra incentive to want to go and get in the bath.

My son loves this
I bought this suction cup toy for my son, he’s been playing with it for a few days now and loves to string these one by one, every time he takes a bath he rattles some contraption in the bathtub and makes snapping noises, he also sucks these suction cups on the dining room table, on the windows. Well, this one does have a bit of fun, with its quirky and varied shapes, and I think I’d like to recommend this little toy to others.
