Many returns
I have twins, I have 2 of these bouncers. I’ve had to return each of them and reorder. One of the bouncers I am on my third return. The box arrived open and the metal is completely bent differently than how it should be, so much so that it is unsafe for my 4 month old infant to use. However, when this bouncer is not broken, it is very useful and comfortable for my infants. They love it. Only issue is that there seems to be many manufacturing defects. One of which, the motor for the vibration and sound didn’t work for one of them new out of the box.

Chaise ne vibre plus
J’ai reçu la petite chaise la semaine dernière. La vibration ne fonctionne déjà plus. Cela fait 3 fois que j’achète ce modèle de chaise. J’ai tenté de joindre le service à la clientèle, on ne peut me répondre en français et on me raccroche après 10 minutes d’attente. Service exécrable
