Not safe, do your research before buying
I purchased the Baby Bouncer hoping it would be a great addition for my baby, but unfortunately, I had to return it due to safety concerns. The design feels flimsy, and I noticed that it didn’t provide the stability I would expect for something meant to hold a baby. As a parent, safety is non-negotiable, and this product didn’t meet my expectations in that regard.That said, the seller was responsive and understanding when I reached out about the issues. They offered a resolution, which I appreciated, but I ultimately decided it wasn’t worth the risk.I’d strongly recommend parents do thorough research before purchasing, as this product may not provide the safety and quality you’d want for your little one.

I wasn’t super happy with this.The straps are placed odd and the material makes baby slide – no support.We returned.

Doesn’t bounce at all
I got the chair and it doesn’t bounce. It’s super stiff and I already know it’ll be too upright for a newborn with no neck control. Not what I was looking for.

Pass on this one
I would go with something else. Mine was a gift off my registry and did not come with the added toys. It does not bounce and it has a weird fit. Also, the warning labels are all across the front of it. If you have a smaller baby, baby really doesn’t fit I would invest in something else!

Frame snapped after 2 weeks of use
We received this for our baby after putting it on our registry. We haven’t used it up until 2 weeks ago since our baby was not big enough yet. We have used it maybe a total of 6 times. Our baby only weighs 9lbs now, even smaller before. I contacted the seller and they said they couldn’t find the order because I couldn’t give them the tracking ID number! How am I supposed to have the tracking ID when I didn’t purchase it- it was a gift!

This bouncer is a must have, keeps baby upright after feedings and is so comfy for him！He loves to hang out in this bouncer.
