Shipping Guide
At Icy Babies, we know how important it is to get your baby essentials quickly, safely, and stress-free. Below is everything you need to know about how we pack, ship, and deliver your orders right to your doorstep.
📦 Order Processing
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a shipping notification with tracking.
🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates
- Standard Shipping (Canada): 2–7 business days — Flat rate $7.95
- Free Shipping: Orders over $75 CAD qualify for free standard shipping
- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout with real-time carrier pricing
We currently ship within Canada only. Stay tuned — U.S. & international shipping are on the horizon!
📍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also track your order by logging into your Icy Babies account.
🎁 Packaging
We take great care in packaging your baby’s items securely and sustainably. Most items are shipped in recyclable boxes with minimal plastic. If you’ve selected gift wrapping, your package will arrive beautifully wrapped and tag-free.
❗ Delays & Exceptions
- Delivery may be delayed during holidays, severe weather, or carrier disruptions.
- Rural or remote areas may require additional time.
- If your package is delayed beyond 10 business days, contact us at support@icybabies.com.
📦 Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, let us know right away. Email support@icybabies.com with your order number and a photo (if applicable). We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund where eligible.
