Shipping Information

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days within Canada.
• Shipping Cost: Free shipping on orders over $50. Flat rate of $4.99 for orders under $50.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• To initiate a return, email customercare@icybabies.com with your order number.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right.
