1. What is Icy Babies?
ICY Babies is a Canadian-based online store that offers a curated range of essentials for babies and kids aged 0–12 years old. We aim to bring you quality, comfort, and cuteness in every item, from clothing and toys to feeding and nursery products.
2. How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add your favorites to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll be asked to fill in shipping and payment information. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll email you a confirmation and tracking number.
3. Do I need to create an account to shop?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and enjoy a smoother checkout next time.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are securely processed through our payment gateway integrated with WordPress WooCommerce.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via Canada Post or trusted couriers. Delivery takes 2–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking info once shipped.
6. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. If you created an account, you can also view your order status in your My Account dashboard on our website.
7. Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes you can,but all our Orders are processed quickly, but if you need to make changes or cancel, please email us at customercare@icybabies.com within 2 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to assist.
8. Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?
Yes! At checkout, you can choose to add a gift message or select gift wrapping for a small fee. We’ll wrap it up with care and exclude price tags.
9. How do I use a discount code or coupon?
Enter your discount code in the “Coupon Code” field on the cart or checkout page and click “Apply”. If valid, the discount will reflect immediately. Only one coupon can be used per order.
10. What’s your return policy?

11. Are your products safe for babies?
Absolutely. We carefully select all products to meet Canadian safety standards. Items for newborns and toddlers are BPA-free, toxin-free, and age-appropriate. We work with reputable brands and suppliers only.
12. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within Canada. We hope to offer U.S. and international shipping in the near future.
