The pillow arrived with a tear out of the box
Unfortunately there was a small tear already, very disappointing…don’t know it we are the first owners of this thing.So far works fine, the motor is silent.

Disappointed.
I was very disappointed in this product – it was very cheap and flimsy. As soon as I opened the box, I noticed that it had a rip on the cushion and ended up returning it. I also didn’t like that it was battery powered. No option to plug in. There are way better options out there for competitive prices.
